Company was incorporated in the year June, 2001 with a purpose to cater the needs of various industries like Oil Drilling, Food Products, Textiles and Pharmaceuticals line etc. Company has its state of the art manufacturing facility at Survey No. 84/1A, Cherlopalle Village, Gangadhara Nellore Mandal, Chitoor, Andhra Pradesh, India. 6 K.M away from Chitoor. Which is about 150 Kms from the major port of Chennai and 200 Kms from Bangalore City.

The company has tremendous growth under the dynamic leadership of the Managing Director Mr. R. Eswar Rao and Director Mr.R. Hamanth Ram having a decade of vast experience in the field of manufacturing Sodium Carboxy Methyl Cellulose(SCMC). The current production capacity of the company  is minimum 10,000 MTs per annum including its Sister Concern Vaani Carboxy Private Limited.
